To renew a 2nd passport you must provide:

• 1 x application form
• 1 x passport to be renewed, plus a photocopy of the other passport held
• 2 x photographs
• 1 x company letter, stating why they continue to need 2 passports, (download example letter in .doc format).

The form and photograph do NOT have to be countersigned unless the passport being replaced is damaged. On some occasions the IPS may request a counter signatory.

On collection we need to supply a letter (download letter in .doc format) signed by the applicant only authorising us to collect the passport when ready.
